建築生物學家在3方面測量 『電磁波強度』:
1. 用高斯計測量『交流電磁場』(低頻電磁波磁場):安全值 < 0.2 mG
2. 用射頻計測量『射頻/無線電波功率密度』(高頻電磁波):安全值 < 0.1 uW/m2
3. 用三用電表測量 『交流電電場』(以身體電壓表示):安全值 < 0.1 V (AC) , (嚴重 : 2 ~ 15, 極嚴重: > 15)
1) AC Magnetic Fields 低頻磁場
AC Magnetic Fields (Low frequency - 50 Hz) are measured with a Gauss Meter (高斯計).
@ 安全值 (safe levels of low frequency EMF according to Building Biology)~
- No concern : < 0.2 mG
- Slight concern : 0.2 - 1 mG
- Severe concern : 1 - 5 mG
- Extreme concern : > 5 mG
2) AC Electrical Fields 低頻電場
Many building biologists measure AC body voltage with a Multimeter(三用電表). The human body naturally has a minute DC current. (自然的身體電壓是微弱的直流電)
@ 安全值 (safe levels of human body AC voltage according to Building Biology)~
- No concern : < 0.1 V AC
- Slight concern : 0.1~ 2V AC
- Severe concern : 2 ~ 15 V AC
- Extreme concern : > 15V AC
3) Radio Frequencies 射頻(功率密度)
Radio Frequencies (High frequency - typically 10MHz - 8GHz) are measured with a Radio Frequency (RF) Meter (射頻計).
** 產生高頻輻射的來源: 手機、無線電話、WIFI、藍芽、智能電表、微波爐、GPS、居家無線 監 視系統、通訊塔基地台...,所有以wifi啟動的產品)

- No concern : < 0.1 uW/m2
- Slight concern : 0.1 – 10 uW/m2 (臥室 需 < 5)
- Severe concern : 10 – 1000 uW/m2
- Extreme concern : > 1000 uW/m2
